Adam Hommey from The Business Creators Institute interviews Dr. Michele on Ayurvedic Practices To Use Today For Optimal Health.

Dr. Michele describes how she has healed her body from two autoimmune diseases (Crohn’s disease and interstitial cystitis), migraine headaches, sciatica, and insomnia with yoga and Ayurveda.

Dr. Michele now uses these practices with her clients and patients. Adam has also incorporated these daily practices in his life which have led to increased productivity and cash flow as an entrepreneur.
