A Word About Diets…

I have to say my peach about diets and the popular fad diets of the day (or of the year)…Not every diet is good for every person. Not every meal plan is good for everyone’s body. In Ayurveda, each person’s individual body type is considered. It is a very holistic approach to looking at the way you eat, sleep, move, breathe, and live. Ayurveda will not say that everyone should do a juice cleanse or cut all carbs etc. It is very dependent on each person’s individual make-up. That’s why it works. So please be aware when some so-called health guru says that everyone should eat this or that because that’s just not how it (science) works. Ayurveda literally means the science of life.
